Take a helicopter ride to the ridge that is just a stones throw away from the airport. Follow the lush green grass and alpine flowers on the rolling Heintzelman ridge. Being one of the more remote hikes in Juneau, keep your eyes peeled for wildlife including goats, Bald Eagles and marmots. Instead of hiking back, our helicopter will pick us up farther down on the ridge.
